Tuition Policy

1. A yearly nonrefundable application fee of $75.00 and the first monthly tuition payment is due at the time of application to the school. If your child is accepted to the school, an obligation of a minimum of one month’s attendance and/or payment for the same is required with admission. If your child is not accepted, he/she will be put on a wait list and tuition will be refunded. The yearly application fee is nonrefundable. If a space becomes available and your child is offered admission, tuition will be due at that time.

2. Tuition is payable in advance of service and may be paid in full with one payment or in 10 equal payments beginning with applying to the school. The remaining balance is due before or on the first of each month September through May. Tuition is payable the previous Friday if the first of the month falls on a weekend or holiday. A late fee of $3.00 per day beginning the second of the month and including the day payment is received will be charged for payments received after the first of the month.

3. Monthly tuition remains the same every month regardless of attendance, school closure, or holidays. Tuition will not be reimbursed for school missed due to illness, appointments or activities during school time, school closures, or family vacations.

4. A one month paid notice is required prior to withdrawal and a withdrawal-processing fee of one-half of the monthly payment for tuition will be charged at the time of withdrawal.

5. The Tuition Policy is adjusted annually with any changes implemented each year during the fall.

6. Tuition is for one school year and will not have a rate increase during that year. Any changes in tuition will be made during fall registration.

8. Annual fees for sweatshirts, books, field trips, school pictures, and classroom materials will be collected in August at the student interview appointment.

9. Admission to Kid Magic LLC Preschool / Kindergarten acknowledges an understanding and agreement with the Tuition Policy by the parent(s) of the student(s) enrolled.
